Ready to take your Birthday party to the next level? Bring that birthday girl or boy to Archery Arena! For private birthday parties we are able to lower our age to 7 and up! During the birthday party they will receive extended archery training and then be able to battle it out in the arena! Each birthday package includes 1 hour of game play as well as 45 minutes in one of our party spaces after the game!
Recommended 30 minutes of "party time" & 15 minutesfor clean up.

COMMON BIRTHDAY QUESTIONS

Guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. The Archery Dodgeball sessions are 60 minutes, including learning how to shoot. All equipment is provided (Bow, Facemask & Armguard).

Our host will oversee a mix of game modes! Each game generally lasts about 5 minutes.

Then, our private packages include 30 minutes for cake & celebrations. Depending on the size of the group, we’ll have you in one of our private party rooms (smaller groups), or in our front lobby. For public sessions, space can be added for $50 by giving us a call. 

Yes, all participants must have a waiver signed by THEIR OWN parent / guardian before entering the arena.

To play Archery Dodgeball, we recommend that all players are aged 7+ for the best experience. 

Your group has the option of reserving a private session, or booking into an existing public group.

If you have booked a private event, then you do not need to inform us if your player count changes (unless you think there will be less than 10 players or more than 24 players on the day).

For public games (under 10 players), please let us know as soon as possible if you think there will be a change to your number of attendees.

Our online calendar is always live, and bookings can be made here . Or feel free to call or email us if you’d prefer.

A 50% deposit is required for private sessions. Public sessions are paid in full in advance. 

We have snacks and light food for sale, but for groups that would like a meal we suggest ordering in. You’re
welcome to order from anywhere you’d like. For pizza most groups order Domino’s or Papa Johns.

We recommend everyone arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. We will often have a birthday prior to your session, so the party space is subject to availability until after your session. 

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own decorations. We request that you do not bring balloons as they often get released and stuck in the net. If they are released their is an additional clean up fee for the baloons. 

For private events, one week’s notice is required to cancel a reservation. For public games, 24 hours notice is
required for a 50% refund, and 48 hours notice is required for a 94% refund.

There is not a clean-up fee unless there is an excessive mess (food on the walls, icing on the floor, etc). Excessive messes will be charged a $75 cleaning fee.
