FAQ

If you have 1-6 people we suggest joining with another group. Our public games default to 20 slots available, so any session with less than 20 slots will already have a group signed up. Feel free to call us to make sure that group looks like it will be a good fit.

The Archery Dodgeball sessions are 60 minutes, including learning how to shoot. All equipment is provided (Bow, Facemask & Armguard). Guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. 

Our host will oversee a mix of game modes! Each game generally lasts about 5 minutes.

Then, our private weekend packages include 30 minutes for cake & celebrations. Depending on the size of the group, we’ll have you in one of our private party rooms (smaller groups), or in our front lobby. For public sessions, space can be added for $50 by giving us a call. 

No previous experience is necessary to play. Most of our guests have never played before. We’ll provide training and have you practice on the practice range. Our public gameplay is designed to introduce new players to the game with up to 8 game modes.

Our new policy is ages 7+ for all activities.  Be aware that if you reserve seats in a public session that is not “Adult Only”, there is a possibility of playing with all age groups. 

There are no full refunds after a booking is made, notices outside of what is listed is eligble for a 94% refund.

For bookings over 14 players or Private events, canceling:

• within a week grants a 50% refund.
• within 48 hours gets no refund.

For bookings under 14 players or Public events, canceling:

• within 48 hours grants a 50% refund.
• within 24 hours gets no refund.

Sessions will be cancelled or rescheduled if there are less than 4 people booked. We will contact the players/organizer to attempt a reschedule.
No-shows are not eligble for refunds.

Dress like you’re going to the gym. A pair of clean athletic indoor shoes is required to enter the arena. We also recommend removing all jewelry prior to gameplay.

We allow walk-ins if there is availability. It’s best to call ahead as we may not have availability if the arena is booked to capacity.

Our (7+) public sessions are open to kids, teens and adults. The “Adult Only (+18)” is exactly what is says, adults only! We recommend the (7+) session for kids or families looking to come play.

Feel free to bring your own mask (paintball or hockey style that fully protects your eyes) and/or armguard. We do not allow outside bows and obviously no outside arrows! NERF Blasters are also welcome as long as they use the Rival ammo and not the short darts.

All players should arrive 15 minutes prior to reserved game time. In the instance where safety training is missed, we will do our best to get you in the action as quickly as possible. Arriving late will result in less gameplay time and a limited experience. No refunds are issued for players arriving late.
